Idea for improvement: choice between select-box and tree-view layout

Hi there.

I think it would be nice (and useful, in order to adapt better to different themes) to have the choice (in admin configuration mode) between the normal select-box layout and a tree-view layout.

It could also be decided, again in config, whether to show all options or just the first #, in which case a link to "show all options" should be added to every branch of the tree.
