Expected Behavior

How you expect the project to work?
Project should work with updated form components in R14+

Actual Behavior

What is the project actually doing?
Some styles are broken - particularly the fields with an accompanying button (dropdowns, item fields, date fields, etc.)

Steps to Reproduce

How can we test this issue?

1. Install project on an instance of R14+ (include the optional package to update the Part form)
2. Login and open the part form
