Created a csv file containing SubjectId,LabelMapFilePath,LabelMapImagePath

THe labelmaps and corresponding images were all in /Shared/johnsonhj/2018Projects/20180514_Minipig_Atlases but were using numerical IDs instead of the nameIDs like the rest of the files, which is Why I added the subjectID to the csv.
ex. M268P100 is sub-Else268

Every subject has a tsv file with the scanner and header data for each image acquisition.
