Flag stock pattern

Many of you have been making requests for Flag pattern detection.

I was starting work on the final Harmonic Butterfly pattern and thought I might as well try out implementing the Flag pattern.

A telegram user Vivek S was kind enough to provide several flag formations in NSE stocks as test cases.

If you have any historical Flag patterns which worked out well, please provide the stock name and the date. I prefer Indian stocks since i can source the data myself.

If the stock is from any other exchange please provide the data in a CSV file.

Have these test cases would be helpful in studying the patterns and designing the code.

After this release I will be freezing work on any new features on Stock-Patterns for atleast next 6 - 8 months.

Work will be exclusively on

1. Bug fix and improvements to existing patterns.
2. Code documentation.
3. Package release to pip.
