Factorio 0.13 and onwards

This ran on my public server for a while till I came around to re-implement the systemd unit examples (look forward to them in my next release or check them out in the development branch).

I'm leaving this here as a reference where Factorio 0.13 came into the picture but I am already looking at pushing my next collection of changes from the dev branch.

Edit; I'm afraid this release is broken, or rather the config examples are, use the latest release instead.

Just a tag version, basically you can use this with factorio 0.12.28 (and possibly higher but I will try to tag a few of these along the lines so it's easier for non-gity users to revert to a somewhat stable point in time)
