We have a Policy set wherein it gets violated if 'Moq' version greater than v4.18.4 is found. But it got failed for 'MockQueryable.moq' as well (which ideally it should not). We had to add extra condition asking Not to match 'MockQueryable.moq' to get rid of this. Does policy conditions checks for contains? Just want to clarify how does the policy condition works. Attached is the screenshot.
