ngx-extended-pdf-viewer upgrade

What happened?

The npm package dev states not to use version 21.4.6, it was a botched alpha release and has problems.

Updating to version 22 will also bring pdf.js to version 4.7, fixing a lot of outstanding bugs.

The latest 20.x series has many bugs that will impact our users. I will wait till next year to upgrade. While it might have been botched, a lot of the bugs on the pdf library don't effect our users as we aren't using forms.
