Search doesn't find books in other languages that are not exact match.

What happened?

Basically when I try to search a title that is in another language the name is case sensitive while in English it is not. I used cyrilic symbols - Bulgarian language. Also I'm pretty sure the filter for languages also doesn't work. As it doesn't show any of the saved in the metadata languages.

What did you expect?

I think all languages must be case indifferent because even a single letter is the difference between finding the content and not finding the content. The filter must show all languages in the metadata so you can use them as a filter.

I'm using Unraid Docker container but overall im seeing a lot of bugs that make Kavita not fit for foreign language libraries.

You need to give very clear steps for how to reproduce the issue otherwise I can't really provide support or validate the bug.
