People have to move, especially international students. It's very unlikely that their lease would finish right after the moment that they made the decisions to relocate. However, there is no such platform to post sublease information. People usually post their information on Wechat groups, FB or Craiglist and this makes the information discrete and lack of searchability. Sublease is the platform that would solve this problem.
