Scrolling Bug [ Scrolling through members lists, dms list and channels list stops abruptly ]

Describe the bug
Scrolling through a lengthy DM list stops abruptly, being unable to engage in scrolling unless you use the scroll bar then it re-enables the scroll wheel again. Scroll bar is also not synced properly with the mouse pointer making it hard to use it if it's right around the end of a list.
