Replace deprecated azure-sdk with ms_rest_azure

azure-sdk-ruby has been deprecated https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-ruby#important-announcement and it is recommended to use ms_rest_azure which is essentially an authentication wrapper followed by a RestClient-like access.

https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-ruby/blob/master/docs/README.md has the migration guide for moving to ms_rest_azure.
