Does what it was supposed to do!

Added:
/mw stworz (name) (env) - Creates new world
/mw usun (name) - Removes an existing world from database of MW
/mw idz (name) - Teleports you to specified world
/mw wyslij (target) (name) - Teleports somebody to world's spawn
/mw przeladuj - Reloads plugin configuration

TODO:

• Make delete command, which will delete the specified world's files from disk,
• Make language file, just to let the plugin support more than 1 language,
• Support Permissions
