[IMP][maintenance_equipment_contract]Support customer contract #442

Hello:

We have a need to be able to link customer contracts to equipment. Also with supplier contracts in some cases.

The module maintenance_equipment_contract only contemplates the case of contracts with suppliers.

I propose to remove the default_contract_type from the action context to be able to select any type of contract.

What do you think, do I proceed with the Mr proposal in branch 16.0 which is the one I need?
