Download Json/CSV for Device Data

Trying to prevent major loss of data if someone unintentionally deletes a network or device.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add functionality to generate a downloadable json and/or csv file for users to save their device data as a backup in case it is deleted/lost. This would show up on the front end as a button on the Network and/or Device page for a logged in user.
