Clicking a timeline Event to compose new Celebration template

Clicking an element (where? Button? image?) inside a Celebration Event card should load up a new donation process for that politician.

A user may feel inspired upon viewing the card. For many reasons they may wish to donate again to that same politician, and it would be best to do so from here since they are already viewing that politician in the timeline context.

If donations to this Pol are already maxed out for that user, the clickable element disabled or otherwise modified in a way to indicate it is off-limits, along with an explanation (text, tooltip, pop up, etc).

This could also be an inflection point to invite the user to complete their Profile information if they have not done so already.
