这是一个什么样的功能？

在群组日常管理过程中，某些具有修改群组信息权限的管理员被盗号时疯狂在群组内发送广告，并且将群简介修改为广告地址引流，同权管理无法将其踢出，群主也失联。所以希望能够开发一款插件，具有监控群组信息，在发现被篡改时强制复原。
