TLDR:

Redirect to wider comment forest context after reply commit

Expected Behavior:

Once a user commits a reply, return them to the original context they arrived from (e.g. specific comment permalink, full comment tree, etc.) or at least something that doesn't "pull" them out of the overall conversation.

Of course we're not doing the AJAX stuff right now, but hopefully we can at least make this navigation/redirection more "natural."

Actual Behaviour:

Currently, when a reply is saved, the redirect leads to the permalink context of the parent being replied to.
