villager zombies not curable

Describe the bug

I tried the regular way to cure a zombie (using a potion of weakness then feeding it a golden apple) and it’s not working.

Additional context

It could be something on the server i’m playing on but i figured id make a report just in case it is something to do with the data pack.

More Mobs doesn't touch Zombie Villagers, so it's most likely not the cause
