Make my personal notes public (?)

I have a ton (100-300) of tasks and ideas (ranging from practical too moonshine) written in my personal notes. Making them public would require some work. Translating them, cleaning up from potential personal info and from a lot of profanities. (I now regret not making them public from the get-go).
