Hi, I am thinking about using this nugget package. But I do not see any recent activity. Is this package still in development?

We've put active development on hold as we were getting very unreliable results for Android with Appium. We have been evaluating some different paths forward and have one that should work, however we need to ultimately determine whether this will be a community package or directly part of the .NET MAUI repo.

Oh, ok. So it will be better to wait? Or try to use pure Appium?

@RomanPoschl I cannot answer what you should do. All I can tell you is that ultimately it is very unlikely that Xappium will use Appium directly. It's also unlikely that we will restart active development until late this year

Any more recent news on this? I'm really hoping to be able to UX test locally, at least, and ideally as part of ci/cd something. Thanks
