Keep collection info on import from vanilla APIS #1

AFAICS the collection info is currently lost.

It is crucial for our setup.

seems to work for person entries, but not for places or institutions

maybe data is not imported from vanilla

https://github.com/acdh-oeaw/apis-instance-mpr-rdf/blob/main/apis_ontology/filtersets.py#L79-L83 needs to be added to institution, event, place, work
