Fixed a bunch of bugs & minor tweaks, including:

• Now categories with no movement in a specific month will be ignored in the Dashboard stat graphs
• Fixed bugs with normalization/escaping of name/description fields in Accounts, Entities and Categories
• Fixed issue with "import from clipboard" ignoring debit fields
