Collapsible Exercise / Auto-Collapse Completed

Problem

When user have a lot of exercises in a single day, it is easy to get lost in the list. Also, it's easy to accidentally make changes on completed exercises. Finally, if users do exercises out of order (perhaps because some equipment is occupied), there is more visual searching involved

Solution

1. Add a new Setting with the header Interace which would include Always On Display, Dark Mode (for future updates), and Collapse Completed Exercise as a default. This could also be the place for any other user preferences of this type
2. Add a chevron which will collapse (⏵) or expand (⏷) the exercise entry.
3. Clicking on the chevron again would expand the exercise.

Issues

• Currently clicking on the entry exercise takes users into an in-depth explanation. This would need to be changed.
• Some users may not want their exercises collapsed. This is mitigated by the Interface setting as above. Probably need user feedback on which should be the default behavior.
