Examples of behavior that contributes to creating a positive environment include:
- Respect: Being respectful and considerate of others' opinions, ideas, and viewpoints.
- Inclusivity: Embracing diversity and being inclusive of all community members.
- Empathy: Showing empathy and understanding towards others.
- Cooperation: Collaborating with others in a constructive and harmonious manner.
Examples of unacceptable behavior include:
- Harassment: Using language or actions that intimidate, insult, or demean others.
- Exclusion: Unjustly excluding others from activities or discussions.
- Trolling: Deliberately posting inflammatory or offensive comments.
Community maintainers are responsible for clarifying the standards of acceptable behavior and taking action in response to any reported violations of this code. They have the right and responsibility to remove, edit, or reject comments, commits, code, wiki edits, issues, and other contributions that do not align with this Code of Conduct.
Instances of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior may be reported to the community maintainers responsible for enforcement via REPORTING.md. All complaints will be reviewed and investigated promptly and fairly.
Community maintainers are obligated to respect the privacy and security of the reporter of any incident.
This Code of Conduct applies within project spaces and community spaces, and when an individual is representing the project or its community. Examples of representing the project include using an official project email address, posting via an official social media account, or acting as an appointed representative at an online or offline event. Representation of a project may be further defined and clarified by project maintainers.
This Code of Conduct is adapted from the Contributor Covenant, version 2.0, available at https://www.contributor-covenant.org/version/2/0/code_of_conduct.html.
