Feature request: support Local embeddings servers

Hey! I want to use local embeddings via LocalAI. It spins up local server that mimics the OpenAI http API. So to support this, I just need a way to provide an alternative URL for my own server to obtain embeddings. And as I use localhost, probably add the ability to drop the API key
