Description

The Context and Measurement Ontology contains ontological terms to describe the context for various types of experimental data and measurements. It is useful in its current state for several different environmental microbiology projects. This ontology is used in multiple CORAL (Contextual Ontology-based Repository Analysis Library) deployments.

The name field in this request seems to be filled out with the name of the project (Contextual Ontology-based Repository Analysis Library (CORAL)) instead of the name of the semantic space (Context and Measurement Ontology).

It appears there are multiple ontologies in the CORAL project's repository:

• https://github.com/jmchandonia/CORAL/blob/main/example/pedometer/ontologies/context_measurement_ontology.obo (uses COMO as a prefix)
• https://github.com/jmchandonia/CORAL/blob/main/example/pedometer/ontologies/data_type_ontology.obo (uses DA as a prefix)
• https://github.com/jmchandonia/CORAL/blob/main/example/pedometer/ontologies/pedometer_specific_ontology.obo
• https://github.com/jmchandonia/CORAL/blob/main/example/pedometer/ontologies/process_ontology.obo (uses PROCESS as a prefix)

I'd suggest using subspacing to make the relationship between the project and ontology more clear. Specifically, I'd highly suggest renaming this new prefix request to be coral.como instead of como. This also leaves space for coral.pedometer, coral.process, and coral.da to cover the other ontologies.
