- Depend on at least Chef 11.8 and ruby at least 1.9.3. We've had dependency problems with mixlib from Chef 11.6 clashing with our system Chef (11.8).
- Deprecate Chef 10. Previous versions will work with Chef 10.12.0 and lower.
