[Feature Request] - es_extended - Add permanent ID for players

Hello there, the other day I'm think about the ESX and i conclude to this. The ESX is missing a core feature, a permanent ID mechanic per user, something like CosmicV (aka Cosmic King of the Hill). If every user has a unique id, is easy to manage them, even when they are offline.
