New GHA release pipeline does not push images to DockerHub

Latest releases seem to be missing docker image in docker hub. Are they published to a different repo now?

Hey @tesharp, thanks for bringing this to our attention. This happening due to a recent change in our CI/CD pipeline, were it would seem we missed to add the push to dockerhub step. We'll take a look at this and restore the publishing logic as soon as possible 🙏🏻

We should probably use https://github.com/grafana/shared-workflows/tree/main/actions/build-push-to-dockerhub for that.
