RecentChanges: turn list into table

The RecentChanges list could be better reprensented by a table with separate fields for date, author, link to the diff etc.

Instead of working on MediaWiki's JS-prefiltered list, this filter could start from the raw HTML list (hence requiring disabling the native grouping script), so the performance would be comparable.
