Add Windows support, fix pip dependencies, etc #20

Hey, thanks for creating these notebooks. I really like this project

Following some improvement ideas:

it would be great to run the NB also under Windows. Currently the NB contain some OS specific commands (e.g. ls etc).
We could use python equivalent short scripts
some pip dependencies are missing. We could add them to the NB or (even better) use a requirements.txt
i would like to use the HUGGINGFACE_HUB_TOKEN to avoid to cut and paste the key every time

what do you think ?

i added a PR #19 for Faster_Zero_shot_Object_Detection_with_Optimum.ipynb

feel free to comment. I could fix also other NB i you agree with the modifications
