UploadXvcPackage config says symbolsFilePath is optional but UploadGamePackageAsync will stop on FileNotFoundException #53

As the title says, the UploadGamePackageAsync method will prevent the SubVal and DiscLayout file from being uploaded even though symbols is optional. I could take a shot at changing this, I was thinking adding try catch around the uploading of individual game assets or testing the paths first, any thoughts on bug?
