Hi @ninghu, 👋🏼

Is it better create the issue first and then submit a pull request to solve it (also link via "close keywords")? Or just create a pull request directly without making the issue? A pull request will be closed when being merged or rejected, but an issue without explicitly linking pull request will keep open and confuse other contributors or volunteers by its state (can't sure if this issue is waiting to be resolved, currently work in progress, or is already been resolved).
