Computing weather category

Hi there,

i would like to show a weather category for a METAR in my application, but didn't find a function to calculate it in MetarParser.

So I would like to implement that feature, but first wanted to ask if there is a chance, that it would be integrated into the library before putting the effort into it.

I want to implement german categorization (GAFOR), US categorization (LIFR, IFR, MVFR, VFR), military categorization (RED, AMB, YLO, GRN, WHT, BLU) and ICAO categorization (IMC, VMC).

Does a pull request with that feature have a chance of being merged?
