Remove "Compatibility with Signing Algorithms" from Credential Format #44

Same situation as #43 , since this algorithm depends on the the used key method (and even did:jwk allows multiple signature algorithms).

I am not sure if the format should be referenced in the credential format or just in the key management section (where it is not placed right now).
