nillion CLI v0.7.0-rc.55 does not include testnet config, cannot connect if manually added

Am I doing this wrong?

Hey @a3s7p . Yea, you should be using our latest SDK (v0.7.0) against the Photon 2 network. The original Photon network is only compatible with <= 0.6.0. Use the information for Photon 2 in the network configuration with the flow above and let me know how it goes.

$ nillion -n testnet -i test inspect-ids
User id:  d06bee9f83d44492faf09ff0dfb3bb851b5942b3

Suggest shipping this network configuration by default.
