Suggestions for streams in which InputToken != OutputToken

Streams could allow for payers and recipients to send/receive payments in whatever respective tokens they want.

This could be done in a few different ways:

1. Third Party could permissionlessly execute trades from input to output token (via some DEX) as they are streamed.
2. Tokens can be exchange as they are claimed.
3. Input tokens are exchange at deposit.

I'm sure there are more ways to do this, but roughly speaking I believe option number 1 might be the most attractive.

Hey Hake thank you for sharing your idea for a new feature in Sablier.

We have previously considered adding buttons for onchain actions and for Aave withdrawals. However, we realized that this sort of feature is not easy to implement without account abstraction. And the industry isn't when it comes to AA adoption.

All that said, your suggestion is interesting. It might be implementable via a hook, although it would require users to transfer their stream NFTs to the recipient.
