Completely in favor of this. The new setup will lead to some duplicated config files, but that's a low price to pay for of reducing the duplicated production code. |

The following files are currently duplicated across Solidity repos. And for those that are not duplicated, we inherit them from Lockup.
To lower maintenance (e.g., this issue is relevant to both Lockup and Flow), what do you think about creating a dedicated
Utilities
repo that all other repos could inherit from?Right now, Lockup is treated as the primary repository and then Flow and Airdrops inherit from it. However, I believe Flow, Lockup, and Airdrops should operate at the same hierarchy level, each inheriting the common code from a shared
Utilities
