Error: Accsec command denied for /steal

When trying to do /steal in our chat we use (code - m chat) We encounter an issue where it says in the f8 log accsec command denied for steal, However when we do steal in the f8 it works and was wondering if u can help me and sort this

You need to add the permission in the groups like users or admin.
