Create a helm repo with LDAP-manager helm chart

I see you already created a helm chart here https://github.com/romnn/ldap-manager/tree/master/deployment/helm/charts/ldapmanager

But to install it we need to clone locally. Will be good to create a Helm repo with this chart, to give an ability to install the chart from the repo directly, without a local copy.
