Sourcegraph supports search contexts:
https://sourcegraph.com/contexts?first=18

this is essentially a grouping of repos
I believe these should be configurable with the config, either by labeling all repos from a provider with a context name, or individual repos or repo globs.

It appears that zoekt has support for this built in in the form of RepoSets:
