Bitbucket cloud support!

Release 0.4.3 introduces the Bitbucket Cloud plugin! Activate it by adding - 'repofetch/bitbucketcloud' to your .repofetch.yml file.

With this, I've accomplished my goal of supporting what I consider the "big 3" of Git hosts. It will be awesome to support more hosts (gitea comes to mind), but additional plugins will likely start out as separate gems.

For now I'll shift my focus to making it easier to author plugins, organizing code, and adding tests for the next release.
