My name is Lev, I'm an ex-founder and software engineer. I've been writing open source software for a few years. I'm looking to get sponsored so I can keep coding on my projects full time.

Current projects

I'm working on two projects at the moment:

• pgDog, a PostgreSQL load balancer with experimental support for sharding. It summarizes a lot of my experience running Postgres over the years, in software form (as opposed to documentation and one-off Bash scripts).
• Rwf, a comprehensive framework for building web apps in Rust. I think Rust makes a great prototype and release to production language, which currently lacks an easy to use and "batteries included" MVC framework.

Past projects

• PgCat, a PostgreSQL pooler with load balancing and sharding support. Used in production at Instacart and OneSignal.
• PostgresML AI extension for PostgreSQL.
