Set bonuses are recalculated often, and when this happens if the property is a range, the value in the range is recalculated. Change to not roll ranges for partial or full set bonuses.

Summons are vanishing when the set bonus is recalculated. Enhanced defense is also progressively increasing the users defense every tick.

Need to create a Partial/Full Set bonus type lockout "set" that can be used in PropAnalysis/PropScores.txt to prevent these issues in the Generator.
