Every refresh is slow after grey pixel value has been written in the Kindle 3 version

• As a minimum clear screen to black or white at end of game to switch back to fast refresh
• Optionally prevent colour use in games

After using cd in the shell, on exit of the shell the Games menu can no-longer find the Games list
