DicomFileParser

1. write this code for a little girl's school work

2. it only surpport explicit vr little endian

3. it was written in c++

4. it convert a dicom file to a 8 bit gray bmp file

Usage

1. copy a dicom file to the exe folder

2. rename the dicom file to input.dcm

3. execute the exe

4. a file named output.bmp was generated
