To get started with RepsLog, download the app from any of the following platforms:
- Workout Tracking:
- Start an Empty Workout, Edit Title & Choose Exercise
- Add Sets for each Exercise & Swipe to Remove
- Add Notes & Swipe to Remove
- Choosing a previously done exercise will automatically load previous Sets & Notes
- Change Weight Unit or Remove Exercise
- Saving the workout will calculate your Best & Total Sets for each exercise
- Background Play & Miniplayer:

- Body Measurements: Log body measurements like muscle size & body weight to visualize your fitness progress.
- Authentication Options: Login/Register using email & password, OAuth with Gmail, or continue as a guest with the option to link your data later.
- Offline & Online Sync: Intelligent caching ensures seamless data access both offline & online.
After installation, create an account or continue as a guest. Add exercises to your workout, track your progress & manage your fitness goals.
