An automatic updater for the Dolphin Emulator.

-Add Error checking and handlers
-Prompt the user when an update is available, instead of just updating.
-Improve stable build updating. Right now, it downloads the new stable installer, then runs it. The installers files CAN be extracted with 7zip...Just not with 7zips command line...
-Improve the info displayed while downloading updates.
-Display Update information.
-Sort out HtmlAgilityPack reference.
-Linux and OSX versions?
-Add nice comments to the code.

Pressing shift when launching will display the config window.
