Update Events command table and redirect old links

• Deleted commands page under events url, we'll be using the commands url now
• Changed wording on variable exclusive attribute
• Added Docusaurus redirect plugin to deal with old links that still might be floating around outside of the docs
  • /docs/events/commands now redirects to /docs/commands/events.
  • /docs/guides/packaging now redirects to /docs/guides/preparing, as well as the page compiling-and-releasing to packaging-and-releasing.
• Removed husky npm package, since it's not being used anywhere. As far I could tell, this was used for Prettifier and pretty-quick before it was removed at some point.
