Add several website fixes and improvements

Changes

• Adjust navbar width to match containers
• Move discord link to navbar and remove all footer links
• Fix homepage PGM shield being too big on larger screens and hide it on smaller screens
• Replace homepage video with a youtube-nocookie embed and add an orange filter over it
• Adjust downloads page styling
• Add custom renderer for markdown tables in order to avoid having to add a table-container div parent
• Adjust table styling
